Who said Mechanical Engineer is unable to lay PCB board?!

I designed many PCB boards for SMEs since I learnt the skill when I was employed by Vikay.

The PCBs shown here are for standard LCD Modules used on instruments or printer. V2347 in full assembly (top right) is my first PCB I ever did in mass production. All shown here are designed and laid by me. There are several more in various sizes but I can't find them when I need them :p

Whether is it a custom or standard build, the Mechanical Engineer put in charge will have to design the PCB, LCD Rubber Connector, metal blazer and selection of connector (if apply). After it is drawn in AutoCAD, we will have to gerber it, send for filming, request samples and do first article (FA) inspection. Once the Electronic and Glass (LCD) Engineers tested and approved the prototype, the same Mechanical Engineer will see it through first production (NPI) before the Production can accept it.

Throughout the entire project, it is lead by one Mechanical Engineer.

PS All PCB boards in Vikay are manually route by Mechanical Engineers.

Disclaimer - These PCB are not stolen. Prototype boards and damaged module are given to Mechanical Engineer when they left the company because it is hard to convince one to believe Mechanical Engineer can design PCB in the 90's.
